The Human Resources Generalist (HRG) supports and oversees a wide variety of activities, including employee relations, recruiting, and benefits. You’ll advise managers, supervisors or administrators in all HR practices and support as well as inform 85-95 employees about benefits and personnel policies. Each day will engage you in both complex and routine administrative tasks for a non-profit organization.
