Maintenance Technician

This individual works closely with Arden Wood’s Manager of Buildings, Grounds and Safety to oversee and maintain all AW buildings and property. Qualifications include: knowledge of routine building maintenance, carpentry, remodeling/refurbishing, equipment maintenance, painting, plumbing and electrical systems. This person must be able to lift 50 lbs and occasionally work at heights. Preference will be given to a Christian Scientist.  (Full-time position)

Residential In-house Activities and Administrative Coordinator

Our Residential program, The Residences at Arden Wood, is expanding! We are adding a new position to support this growth. This individual will work with all AW residents and guests, planning and participating in interesting and inspiring activities that support daily spiritual growth and a vibrant residential community. This person must be creative, tech-savvy, have excellent communication and organizational skills, and love people. (S)He must be an active Christian Scientist and willing to relocate to San Francisco. Senior Billing Coordinator 

This individual:  coordinates all aspects of employee housing, including assigning rooms, preparing leases, handling move-ins/move-outs, pro-rating rents, calculating and communicating annual rent increases, and acting as a liaison with Associate House Managers; coordinates several corporate events each year with our Reservations, Housekeeping and Food Service departments and produces final customer bills; prepares monthly bills for AW residents and associates as well as guest bills for our Rest & Study program. This person must have solid accounting experience and excellent skills in Excel, Word, and QuickBooks; proven organizational skills, accuracy, a love for details and excellent customer service skills are key. (S)He must be willing to work a flexible schedule. Preference will be given to a Christian Scientist.  (Part-time position)
