 
CHURCH MANUAL-BASED TRAINING
Qualified Christian Scientists earn full-time wages while studying and
practicing skills in the Christian Science Nursing Arts program. Each
course includes three to six weeks of classroom training followed by
a period of on-the-job mentoring. Classroom sessions provide in-depth
study of the principles, ethics, and practical skills necessary to ensure
excellent Christian Science nursing care. After each classroom session,

Arden
Wood offers training in the Christian Science Nursing Arts based on the Manual By-Law, "Christian
Science Nurse" (Art. VIII, Sect. 31). The training provides an
opportunity for individuals
to live the requirements of the By-Law, advance their own practice and
demonstration of
Christian Science, and expand their usefulness to the Cause of
Christian Science. Christian Science nursing is a ministry that bears
witness to the power and effectiveness of Christian Science healing.
